The Collaborative Law process can often include discussions relating to the value of assets such as a business or pension scheme. To ensure that we give you the best possible advice in relation to any settlement involving these assets, it is critical that we work closely with finance and pensions experts.
The advisers are specifically accredited by Resolution to become involved in Collaborative Law cases. The accreditation process involved a demanding period of study and examination, and was only offered to experienced advisers already holding the prestigious G60 pensions qualification.
